Hyasinten min blomstrer i stuen vakreste rosa og sprer en himmelsk vårduft... og jeg tok dette stoffet og visste plutselig hva jeg skulle sy av det...
My hyacinth is blooming in the living room in the most beautiful pink and spreads a heavenly spring scent... and I took this fabric and suddenly knew what I was going to sew from it...

...men mellom syingen løp jeg til hagen fordi... se...
...and in between I had to go into the garden, because finally...

Jeg ga blusen en luftig ståkrage... Jeg er klar for varme dager :-)))
og jeg tror jeg skal sy en til.
The blouse got an airy stand-up collar... I'm ready for warm days... I think I'll sew a second one :-)))
...og til slutt lagde jeg meg en Matcha Latte.

Hyacinths are lovely but I think I would like them even if they were ugly. Their scent is wonderful.

AntwortenLöschenYour pink hyacinth is beautiful, I find it too fragrant. My late Mom loved them, I got headache of the strong smell. Love your blouse, perfect for warmer days. Crocus reminds me of spring in Norway, they are so beautiful and sure a sign of spring. Enjoy warmer days!

It is so great to see spring flowers. I just posted about seeing snowdrops. That hyacinth is beautiful, but I worry about crocuses here. Will the snow prevent us from seeing then before they wither.? I once had tulips grow under the snow and didn’t know it until I cleared the snow from over the garden. That was an unusually long winter, though.

AntwortenLöschenLa robe est superbe! Et j’adore les jacinthes. Je suis d’accord nous ne voulons pas la retraite à 64 ans car je suis sure qu’un peu plus tard ce sera à 67 ans pour mettre le même âge dans l’Europe. Mon mari médecin doit déjà attendre 64 ans à cause de ses longues études.
