I don't live in an area with a lot of snow, so I take advantage of the snow when it's there. This winter, seven days in a row is enough for the skis. Which means seven days of skiing. Wonderful, this is the time when I bow to winter... thank you.
My husband built a camera near the birdhouse... look at this little blue tit...
At the moment it is 6 degrees and the snow has melted,
the first fascinating flocks of birds can be seen and heard...
we took a Sunday walk at our altitude...

AntwortenLöschenI love skiing like that ! We are so hilly here, snow shoes are safer when avoiding rocks and trees up and down steep hills. But I do find places to go.

Fingerlose Handschuhe mag ich auch sehr gerne, vor allem wenn ein Fotoausflug geplant ist - ich habe meine allerdings nicht selbst gestrickt, sondern bei einem Weihnachtsmarkt vor ein paar Jahren gekauft. Schön sind deine geworden, auch was die Farbmischung betrifft!

Viola, das sind wunderbare Winterbilder und erinnern mich sehr an die 40 Winter in Deutschland, die ich erlebt habe. Diese knackigen, sonnigen, kalten Tage mit den schneebeladenen Bäumen und der schneebedeckten Landschaft vermisse ich - die grauen Tage allerdings weit weniger. Wenn ich heute daran denke, dass ich bei solchem Wetter immer noch mit dem Fahrrad gefahren bin... naja, ich hatte keine Wahl damals. Deine fingerlosen Handschuhe (gibt es dafür eigentlich einen Ausdruck im Deutschen?) sind wunderschön. Diese Art von Mustern fällt mir immer noch nicht ganz leicht, wenn ich ein Nadelspiel benutze (kein Problem mit der Rundstricknadel), weil ich einfach die Fäden nicht "richtig" mitlaufen lasse. Irgendwo ist immer eine Masche (und dann wieder eine und wieder eine), die viel zu locker ist.
