It's so beautiful how the birds look for food in the garden. I always try to create lots of opportunities for them.

and

new things about sewing

I sewed many pieces of fabric together and quilted my little sandwich with my new upper feeder on the sewing machine.

Instead of binding I sewed letter corners...

I really like it and I'm working on the next project...

Blocks with curves... and yes, the goal is a big blanket :-))) I have already finished a Top... a second one is to follow... and a... you know :-))

I was in the nearby monastery garden of the St. Marienstern Monastery and would like to show pictures in the next post - there are many photos.

Today I'm going to the cooking class - "barbecue" - it's going to be a nice evening. I think we'll make some nice dips too.  I look forward to it.

A cheerful greeting comes to you.

Viola

  7. I think "upper feeder" is the same as a "walking foot" . My new machine has one, and I love it!!

    Alles Liebe, Traude
